The existing multiple dwellings and structures on the site will be removed to facilitate the proposed development. The subject site is located north of the 405 Freeway in Long Beach.

Vehicle and pedestrian access is proposed to st via a shared driveway and pedestrian entrance lobby. The application states that, “A 2, 3 and 5 storey building’s height achieves the intent of the neighborhood plan and local requirements. The proposed building height is able to sensibly address the local context while managing amenity impacts through building design. The proposal is intended to cater the housing needs of local population”. The proposal provides a suitable gross floor area and site cover as per local requirements.
