The car wash station includes driveway access point to the proposed Nordhoff Street and De Soto Eve as part of the Neighbourhood.
The applicant states that, “the proposed car wash station will complement and be considered supportive to the proposed several residential developments under the neighbourhood plan”.
The proposal would serve the local community by providing local vehicle owners a high-value, well-located, and environmentally responsible cleaning opportunity.
The proposals seek 6,284.7 square feet of floor area and be located on a 40,089 square feet development site.
