A development application has been lodged for a new food and drink outlet with a drive-through, located at 3575 Stevens Creek Boulevard, San Jose.
Designed by Greenburg Farrow, the proposal seeks to develop a Starbucks Cafe removing the large retail and office building (7,266 square feet). The proposed food and drink outlet provides 2,300 square feet of area with indoor/outdoor dining and double drive-through lanes that enable queuing up to 16 vehicles.

Two Virtual Community Outreach meetings occurred in November 2023 and April 2024, where the layout design was discussed and amendments made between the meetings dates. Greenburg Farrow presented the final design.
