A development application has been lodged for a Residential Building, located at 959 Stadium Way, Los Angeles.
Designed by KFA Architecture, the proposal seeks a multi-family residential project comprising two structures that will contain two hundred and sixty seven (267) residential dwelling units and include 11% Affordable Units.

The residential tower provides 17,675 square feet of landscaped open space, which is inclusive of 3,895 square feet of Common Open Space.
The proposal provides 133 car park spaces within the subterranean parking levels of both residential buildings. The bicycle parking includes 142 long-term spaces located in two storage rooms on the lowest parking level and 15 short-term spaces adjacent to the building’s lobby frontages. Vehicle and pedestrian access is proposed to be provided via Stadium Way with one vehicular access, two pedestrian access points, and a grand pedestrian outdoor staircase to the courtyard.
The planners at Rosenheim & Associates state, “With regard to lighting, all lighting will meet Green Building Code requirements and will not impact adjacent properties. Further details will be submitted with regards to exterior light fixtures as part of the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety Plan Check Process.”
The proposal provides 235,907 square feet of gross floor area (GFA), with a lot area of 62,138 and a buildable area of 52,433 square feet.
