A development application has been submitted for the transformation of a site into a vibrant production campus and activity centre, designed by JGM Architecture. The proposed project includes the construction of five buildings ranging between three to six storeys, forming a mixed-use environment with soundstages, office spaces, retail, restaurants, and production facilities.
The existing structures on the site are set to be altered or removed to accommodate the new development.

The application states, “The proposed mix of uses will complement the locality and provide for finer grain activity that will support pedestrian movement along Stocker St. The proposal will greatly cater the art and commercial needs of local population”.
