A development application has been submitted for the transformation of a site into a vibrant production campus and activity centre, designed by JGM Architecture. The proposed project includes the construction of five buildings ranging between three to six storeys, forming a mixed-use environment with soundstages, office spaces, retail, restaurants, and production facilities.
The existing structures on the site are set to be altered or removed to accommodate the new development.
