A development has been filed to obtain a permit for an In-n-Out Fast Food Restaurant with drive-thru, located at 22822 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.

Currently, the property contains a single-storey commercial structure being used as the Bank of America with open ground floor car parking. The proposal involves the demolition of the existing commercial structure and the construction of a new restaurant. The site is located under within the C4 zoning covering the property, whereas, the P4 zoned portion will be used for car parking, circulation, landscaping, drive-thru lane and signage.

Sunday through Thursday
– 10:00 AM to 1:30 AM on Friday and Saturday
The restaurant will be staffed by approximately 10 to 12 Associates per shift, with 3 shifts per day.

 The proposed restaurant will be constructed over a single phase over 6-months under an estimated timeline as follows:
– Site preparation and limited grading – 4 to 6 weeks
– Building construction – 4 months
– Paving and striping – 3 weeks
– Landscaping – 2 weeks 



The applicant highlights that “The Project enhances the built environment because restaurants such as proposed In-N-Out Burger help stimulate the area by providing an additional dining opportunity for local residents and employees working in the area. The Woodland Hills Community benefits from a wide variety of services to cater to the many residents seeking unique culinary experiences. In-N-Out Burger provides a landmark dining location at an underutilized intersection along Ventura Boulevard”. 

The proposal is intended to be 3,342 SF over 39,876 SF of site area.
