Vehicular ingress/egress would be provided from one entrance/exit at the front of the property, perpendicular to 37th Street. The proposed parking is accommodated on 1st (First) level and shall be:
– 5nos. automobile parking (inclusive of 2nos. electrical vehicular parking)
– 10nos. bicycle parking spaces
The proposal project accounts for 20,927 SF Gross Floor Area over about 7,250.3 SF lot area.
