Designed by Wagner Architecture, the proposal is for a five(5) story Porsche Dealership incorporating vehicle servicing/maintenance, equipment storage, car dealership office space, and ground-floor retail.

The site is currently improved by a two-story 52,169 square foot car sales and vehicle storage building. The proposed project intends to demolish this existing structure and replace it with the proposed Porsche Dealership. The building has a primary frontage towards Figueroa Street.

The development provides a total of 221 parking spaces. The proposal has two vehicular service ingress/egress driveways in the rear off Lovelace Avenue and one ingress driveway off Figueroa.



The application states, “The façade employs vertical architectural features in different materials to add visual interest. These include architectural ribbed metal, painted columns, and Fiber Cement Board. The Lovelace Avenue frontage has many open-air floors with cable rails and mimics the materials used on the Figueroa frontage. The two sides of the building will be clad in Fiber Cement Board in alternating colors (light and dark grey) with 2” reveals in between each board to add architectural interest.”
