A development proposal has been approved for demolition of an existing commercial structure and construction of a new five (5) story mixed-use building, located at West Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles. Designed by KFA – Architecture, the proposal seeks the construction of a mixed-use apartment building comprising 146 units (12 units are reserved as affordable units for ELI). Currently, the site appears to be developed by one story commercial structures that are proposed to be demolished.

The approved design provides for 8,500 SF of commercial space on Level One and residential space from Level Two to Five.
The open space provided for the design accounts for up to 11,680 SF. The design shall provide for 68 parking stalls on P1 level, 05 stalls on first level totaling up to 73 parking stalls. Separately, 16 stalls shall be provided for commercial parking. Out of the total 89 parking stalls, 27 shall be reserved for EV parking.
The distribution of the bicycle parking provision shall be – 98 long term spaces & 10 short term spaces for residential; 08 long term and short term spaces – equally allocated for commercial bicycle parking.Floor Plan (Level Five) with landscaping.
The development seeks 89,131 square feet of floor area on a 32410 square feet lot area.Â
