The condo development was first proposed by the previous owner, Veev and gained approval back in July 2022. Since then, the project has changed hands, with the Toboni Group submitting updated plans. These revised permits received the green light from the city’s planning department just last month.

These homes will be reserved for low-income families, with eligibility based on earning up to 80% of the area’s median income, and will come with deed restrictions to ensure long-term affordability.
