Designed by Studio One Eleven Architecture the proposal is for seven hundred and fifty (750) units within 4 residential buildings, with a maximum building height of 7-8 storeys. The project will be completed in 3 phases. Phase 1 and 2 involve 600 units while after completion of the 3rd phase, the project will have 750 units total.
The existing car parking allotment on the site will be removed to facilitate the proposed development. The site is within the Medium Density Residential zone, with frontage to Broadway Street.

The proposal also provides car park spaces (residential and visitor parking spaces) within the basement levels. Vehicle and pedestrian access is proposed to Broadway Street, via a shared driveway and pedestrian entrance lobby.
The application stats, “A 7-8 storey building height achieves the intent of the neighbourhood plan and local requirements.’’ The high quality design adds beauty to the overall site features. The development would greatly cater for the housing needs of the nearby population.’’
